Anxiety Toolkit for Young Adults
Welcome! Thanks for your interest in my course. Before reading further, I want you to pause and answer these five questions honestly for yourself:
Are you feeling burnt out by trying to find mental health resources that will actually move the needle and change how you feel?
Are you someone who orders all of the self-help books, journals, and self-growth materials and then finds themselves staring at the pile of “stuff” wondering where/how to get started?
Do you doubt your decision making and question if your concerns are “big enough” to seek help for?
Do you feel paralyzed by anxiety, worry, and fear?
Are you overwhelmed by the process of reaching out to a licensed professional and ignoring your feelings instead?
If you answered yes to any of these questions I see you, I hear you, and I want to help you. The Anxiety Toolkit for Young Adults is a course that was created for you to learn accessible, evidence based practices from a licensed professional in order to start actually feeling different than you do right now. Keep reading for more details about the course and to see if it’s the right fit for your needs!
In this online course I will teach you how to understand your anxiety symptoms and guide you on which evidence based practices & interventions to put in place for management of your unique symptoms and needs.
I will help you go from feeling unclear & burnt out to feeling empowered & confident in your capabilities to manage your life stressors in a healthy and sustainable way.
Details about the Anxiety Toolkit for Young Adults Course
A bit about my & why I created this course…
As a licensed therapist, the “bread and butter” of my business is working with clients individually in a 1:1 setting to diagnose, treat, and manage their mental health concerns. While this work is extremely fulfilling and meaningful to me, I am limited by state laws (I can only treat clients who are located in Virginia) and by the number of clients I see in a day. I often get inquiries from clients in different cities and states that want to work with a therapist and are struggling to access mental health care.
As someone who has worked in the mental health field for several years and in various settings I am acutely aware that individual therapy is not accessible to all. My online course allows me to bridge this gap and work with individuals from any location who are looking to start moving towards healing and self-growth. My goal in creating this course is to help equip clients with the evidence based tools they need to manage their life stressors in a sustainable way. If you want to sample the course for free, check it out here. As always, if you have questions for me please don’t hesitate to reach out here.
